Char Sundust is a shamanic practitioner who mentors, guides, and teaches those who wish to experience
meaning, integrity, and spirituality in their daily lives – connecting others to their authentic
connection to the Divine, which heals all things. She is a spiritual mentor training those who
are dedicated to finding, and living, their passion in a way that serves the well-being and
highest good of self, community, and other.
Her work is to assist people that they may access their wisdom voice - their own internal
teacher, healer, and visionary – in a way that makes a difference. That makes a difference.

guidance for Bastyr University, and she practices, lectures, and teaches internationally.
She has released 3 CD’s of healing music for body, mind, and soul, and she has recently

Background:
Char Sundust is a shamanic practitioner with strong ancestral lineage of
medicine work and experiential training. Her love of Spirit and medicine
began at her beginning - her work truly is to bring herself into the right
relationship with the divine; and her work is to guide and mentor others
in discovering the invisible in their own personal culture.
Char's mother encouraged her visions by asking if the ghosts Char began
seeing at the age of five were friendly or not. Her mother explained that
if the ghosts were friendly they were good allies. If they were not, they
were invited to exit. People need to know how to set boundaries, and how
to exit a spirit if they need to exit it. One of the things that Char has
noticed is that people need support when they are seeing, hearing, or
feeling the spirits around them. She had the gift of understanding people
around her, and innately knew who was willing to support her, and to help her
focus and hone her skills.
At the age of fourteen, Char began her training where she started learning
medicine work in the Cheyenne tradition taught by her stepfather. As medicine
work has been the focus on Char's life since childhood, she has performed psychic
readings for nearly twenty years. In addition, Char is currently a practitioner
of shamanic healing art and teaches classes and workshops at the
Sundust Oracle Institute,
a center for healing and teaching, founded in 2002. Char travels worldwide performing
soul retrievals,
house blessings,
spirit readings, and leading student apprentices
on shamanic journeys. She guides others to discover the ability of each person to
connect clearly, to develop all of his/her senses, to accept the challenge that is
rich with contentment of healing and giving and receiving guidance. This discovery
heals, loves and teaches in a way that makes a difference in both realities.
Barbara Means-Adams, a Lakota author and story teller was Char's mentor for
five years. She later completed her two year apprenticeship with Sheila Belanger,
a shamanic practitioner and astrologer.
Sundust is the medicine name given to Char by her first teacher at sixteen years
of age after two years of intense training. It is an Apache family name.

"Hello Every Beautiful One..."
"East, we enter the Dawn. The robyn comes, heralding youth and new beginning. Richness, color, growth, childlike innocence, deep rain, longer sun to linger. In what we have been given, tending to our lives to the richness, the color, the ability to share appreciation in silence or with words and action.
Are you tending to your garden? What do you want to grow and flourish? Give it attention, give it appreciation, call understanding, time. Spend some time watching nature unfold. Enjoy today; it is whatever you have been given to tend.
What are you creating? Are you moving at a pace that gives you life instead of draining or over-extending your life force? Spend an hour in the garden with the hummingbirds or the blossoms, warming into their fullness. They don’t think about it for very long… all they need is a little warmth, a little light.
Shine your light, extend your warmth. And notice how the glorious people and work in your life respond, opening in fullness, offering life to your energy.
If not it may be a time for pruning, so next years garden can flourish in the branches of mutual acknowledgement and appreciation. The garden always responds when tended.
Listen during the sunrise – listen. There is a story here. Every day a new step, a new grace, a new opportunity to listen fully. Listen every morning – she has a gift for you.
Be creative. Create, write, dance, play, sing, take photos – something that enriches your own heart that will serve the next seven generations. If it serves to make you happy the next seven generations will feel that and it will make the world better.
Commit to media that inspires – poems, songs, film – bring media into your home that fuels and nourishes the soul, the Beauty Way in your nature. If it does not inspire, don’t watch, listen, or allow it in your environment.
Notice richness. What nourishes your life? Give everything to it; allow yourself to revel in gratitude.
What a great blessing. Thank you for your gifts. Thank you for your interest in a life of Sacred Intention."
May this serve the highest good.
In Beauty – With great love,
Char Sundust
